”Room was great, spacious, and clean. The housekeeping staff (especially Isabella) was superb and very friendly. The front desk staff was not great. Whenever we had questions or asked for items for our room, it was either answered with an attitude or a roll of the eye. The pool was freezing and apparently we were supposed to tell the staff 4 hours prior that we wanted to use it so it would be warm enough to use. The key cards do not work properly for the pool or fitness center. There's a little...

”The sink didn't drain for about an hour. The toilet didn't flush well. The floor was nasty. The staff were on their cell phones, in pajamas and not very attentive. The outside was VERY trashy and ghetto. Inside the room looked nice outside of everything else and the queen bed was comfortable.
Overall, I will NOT be back. Nor would i suggest it to ANYONE. It was a last minute choice as i was passing through and needed somewhere to sleep. I learned my lesson. ”
