The shower was very difficult to use for me. The water shot across the shower and I was unable to make the shower head stream in a usable direction. It was a hand held shower head. So I held it in my hand while trying to use liquid soap with the other one. The soap was watery - but smelled good. I guess I needed to carry a washcloth and a bar of soap. The location to downtown colmar is excellent. It was worth what we paid for but the room was very small. It was comfortable enough.

Après avoir payé prés de 850 euros pour 3nuits et pour 3 personnes avec petits-déjeuners, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de nous retrouver dans une "chambre de 7 m 2" ou plutot un cagibi !cofort nullissime, cuvette des WC cassée,sdb inexistante !un lave main dans la chambre et une porte(sans poignée !"donnant dans un bac pour se doucher!!comme dans un hôpital, un bac plastique !!franchement 850 euros pour ce taudis est une belle arnaque!même une escroquerie !du vol tput simplement. Mon service juridique sera saisi dans les prochains jours..lamentable d'escroquer les gens.

Séjour correct. Par contre Hôtels.com m’ a arnaqué de plus de 70 €, la facture de l’hôtel ne correspondait pas à ce que j’ai payé à hôtel.com. C’est la dernière fois que je travaille avec cette plate-forme .

Bonjour.Merci pour votre très belle note suite à votre séjour au sein de notre établissement Ibis Budget Colmar centre-ville.Il s'agit là bien d'un hôtel Budget, ce qui explique le prix élevé de la nuitée est le fait que vous avez réservé durant une période de forte affluence pendant l'été, de surcroit que l'hôtel est une très bonne localisation, 2 minutes du centre historique, moins de 15 minutes de la gare, à moins de 20 minutes du quartier de la Petite Venise.Bien à vous, la réception.
