”The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother”

”We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. Room was tidy and is cleaned everyday if you want. Staff was friendly and approachable. We didn't have any problems at the hotel. Didn't use the restaurant. It is quite in the middle of the city, close to Great Portland Street underground station but not far if you want to walk around to british museum or Regent's park. ”Lomamatka perheen kesken. Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, jos liikkuu julkisilla. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja palvelu hyvää. Aamupala oli hyvä. Ostosmahdollisuuksia arvostavalle ehkä hiukan syrjäinen sijainti, mutta julkisilla kulkien, kaikki on aika lähellä. Olimme hotellilla pari tuntia etuajassa, tarkoituksenamme oli jättää laukut hotellille,mutta saimmekin huoneen heti. Myös late checkout onnistui helposti.”

”Nice and clean hotel with good service on the reception. Room was good size and connections worked well. The security guy in the lobby for some reason gave me the bad eye all the time and picked me out of the reception line to inquire if I needed some help from him. That was weird and unwanted and anyone could see he had some suspicions concerning me. ”

”The location is good. The public areas were really small and the general feel for the hotel is that it is s 3 star hotel trying to be 4 star hotel. Not very much value for the money, so next time in London I will not come to Mandeville hotel to pay extra because of the location. The air in our room was stuffy, and tobacco smelled from somewhere which was strange. The personnel was friendly but some of them very inenperienced. ”

”Service, friendliness of the staff, and of course the location were excellent! 5/5 rating for the staff. However, I received a wheelchair friendly / accessible room for some reason so everything in the bathroom (sink, mirror etc.) were placed very very low. The room was surprisingly a bit worn out, despite the hotel is relatively new with a higher price point.”
