”The room I booked Queen bed was spacious. The breakfast is continental in lobby with muffin, fruit, yogurt and beverages. I had problem with staff there. The lady who checked me in was very nice. But in the morning, the other staff at front desk kinda started preaching me that I "should have" used compost bin for trash when I told her twice that their trash can was not working (in breakfast lobby). I didn't like at all that she was not proactive. If this was my business, I would have said...

”Great location , very close by to all the popular spots. The property was clean and just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a family. The property was pet friendly and had a small fenced backyard for our pets to hang out. ”

”We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful in holding our luggage, taking delivery of a wheelchair I ordered, and explaining how the key cards worked to use the elevator. The location was close to everything and I felt very safe. The breakfast was well worth the price.”

”Our room at the Hotel Sorrento was beautiful. The staff was always friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The hotel was located walking distance to the stadium and downtown. Down hill the entire way. Up hill back 😉. First time in Seattle!! would stay here again!”

”When we arrived, the hotel employees were on strike, which was not disclosed to us before our stay. The room we were initially assigned was directly above the picketing area, where union workers were using megaphones, drums, and banging pots and pans. The noise began around 5:30 AM each day and continued until approximately 6:00 PM, making it nearly impossible to rest, sleep in, or even take a nap during the day. When we first approached the front desk for assistance, the staff was not helpful....

”Honestly great property. Only note is the AC unit was loud and the room is small. We just popped the window open at night and hardly stayed in the room besides sleep so no dramas for us personally, but be warned if it's going to be exceptionally hot and you're a light sleeper. Room was great. Front desk hosts were incredible. Property is super clean. Location is excellent. Highly recommend!”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”Everything was clean and easy. Exactly as listed, great stay overall. Not really a complaint but noted that it’s an older property and doesn’t seem like it’s been updated in awhile.”
