”Tom was very friendly and informative. The rental is on the lower level with lots of stairs to access the unit. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with a comfortable king bed. Very steep streets for those who like to take a walk. The unit is located in an old growth forest with lots of vegetation”

”The room was large with an exposed bathroom. Albeit the toilet was enclosed separately. The shower was large and had lovely shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema”

”Clean, quite, safe parking, friendly staff and great location. I did notice that most mornings the elevators were down for checkout and the stairs were the only way to lobby/exit for several hours. Not sure why and no advance warning.”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”Historic hotel, easy access /walkable to downtown and Capitol Hill. The hotel has wonderful space, clean, well appointed rooms and a lot of interesting things to do in the hotel as well (jazz, silent reading room with live piano), food is great and so are the cocktails.”
