”woke up the next day with about 25 bed bug bites. had to throw away all my clothes i was wearing. terrible experience.”

”Tom was very friendly and informative. The rental is on the lower level with lots of stairs to access the unit. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with a comfortable king bed. Very steep streets for those who like to take a walk. The unit is located in an old growth forest with lots of vegetation”

”Paid for a reservation and showed up at 3:30 and was told room was not ready but should be shortly. Two hours latter still no room and the desk manager did not have a solid time and other guests where in the lobby with the same issue. I asked to cancel reservation and Desk Manger said no issue whatsoever but I had to do via Expedia. Expedia would not allow me to cancel as it was past the check in time. 100% pissed with Hyatt & Expedia what a bunch of amateurs!”

”Clean, quite, safe parking, friendly staff and great location. I did notice that most mornings the elevators were down for checkout and the stairs were the only way to lobby/exit for several hours. Not sure why and no advance warning.”

”I didn’t like that they didn’t pay attention to main elevator, inside was dirty with fingerprints carpet on floor dirty coffe spill, and also parking lot and main entrance has a filthy smell like garbage”

”Great location, near the mall and plenty of eating places. Room is small but clean and quiet did not hear any freeway sounds or sounds from another room. Bed is comfortable and Shower is Great. Parking is an additional charge - website says $20 / night but it was $25/night w tax was $31.30”

”We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful in holding our luggage, taking delivery of a wheelchair I ordered, and explaining how the key cards worked to use the elevator. The location was close to everything and I felt very safe. The breakfast was well worth the price.”

”No complaints about how the hotel was clean and maintained, but the location is very far from anything like being isolated, one hour away from downtown & 10 mins away from the bus station. The shuttle service is very very poor, only available at the hour, we had to wait for 70 mins at the airport parking to get picked up & to call the service 3 times before the shuttle showed up!! The worst was the receptionist who didn't say the truth knowing that the shuttle is not coming but kept saying the...
