”Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. ”

”Stayed for one night after arriving at SeaTac before heading up North to Canada. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the airport and is easy to access. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cons: Noisy rooms with lousy aircon.”

”When we arrived, we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because no one really knew what to do to get us checked in. Then our door key didn’t work. Then the hot water didn’t work. Then the Internet didn’t work. The one redeeming value this hotel has is when you encounter all these problems they do their best to fix them. No complaints about the staff. Then we decided to get some breakfast in the morning before we left, but all they had was a half loaf of bread and some boiled eggs in...
