”We stayed at the State hotel for just one night, but definitely would’ve stayed longer if we could. Paul (I think that was his name - great fashion taste) at the front was amazing. Super personable and friendly - the woman who worked the overnight shift was also super helpful and sweet. The lobby was super cool. I expected less honestly but all expectations were blown away. Only thing (nothing to do with the hotel at all) is that there weren’t any late night (10/11pm) eats so if you want food...

”First I would come back. The building needs paint and carpet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated. Pluses: the food was very good and not overly expensive, the hotel is close to the airport without hearing any planes. Hotel shuttle runs 24/7 on the half hour. Also the cities lite rail(elevated) is steps down the street. There’s construction going on around the property so the hotel looks dated from the outside. ”
