”Rooms are slightly outdated with popcorn ceiling and the shower ceiling had black mildew. The view was great. The indoor pool was on the smaller side but still fun for kids. One day the hottub was cold because they accidentally turned it down too much. Food was good, server and bartender were great.”

”Room and property was clean. Property rated as good only due to the homeless population hanging around the area next to the gas station and parking areas. Doors to the property was excellent due to needing a key card for access. Quiet at night surprisingly.”

”Arrived and the place was clean and looked nice. While checking in at 11pm the person checking us in was very sweet and nice. He me into a nice room real quick. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Will stay again! Thank you!”

”A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. ”

”The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.”

”Great location as the hotel is right on the waterfront and close to restaurants and shops. Staff is always friendly and the room was clean.”

”I have been here twice and both times the guests were very loud at night and also early in the morning in hallways. This has nothing to do with management, just the type of guests I guess.”

”Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.”
