”Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Did not have the water view so that would have been nice when you have a junior suite. Staff was generally very nice & helpful, although a front desk person gave a key to my room for another guest at check in. Indicated they would f/u with the manager, but I never heard what happened - dangerous situation if your wallet, credit cards, etc are in the room & you are not.
Food was very tasty for both dinner & breakfast, but they seem to be understaffed as...

”A most distressing and upsetting stay. Upon checking in, we discovered that the elevator was out of order and had to ask a young staff person who showed us where the stairs were so we could carry our bags to our room- we had to ask him if might find the time to help us with our bags (we are in our mid-70s and just came of a 6+ hour drive). Despite the thread-bare chairs, the room did have its charms- lovely view (no amenities). The shower nearly killed me - the water regulator wasn't working...
