”Have stayed here a lot over the last four years. Seem to land on the 3rd floor a lot. (maybe try a higher floor) It seems lately the rooms aren't as clean and are starting to look tired. The room had a stale odor (312) And for the first time at check-in and the next morning the lobby had a sour smell like they cleaned carpets and left them too wet. To add to the whining, the food from the casino just wasn't prepared well. Hope they can get things spiffed up, I enjoy staying here. (June 8/9)”

”The room was clean, there was a free breakfast, and the staff was very helpful. We had a few minor issues, but when bringing them up with the staff, they were always quick to remedy the issues.”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, over ripe bananas, frozen oranges, not a good selection of hot food, sink filled up(needs cleaned out), shower handle was very hard to turn, paper thin walls, no room darkening blinds, pillows were awful, staff told us that was what you get, mediocre workout room, decent location, lake view yes but with parking lot and power lines, dont pay extra. Would not a stay again. Ty (2nd shift, was the best) He deserves all the praise”

”Convenient location, adjacent restaurant is excellent with an additional coffee/breakfast stand in the lobby. Large fitness center, nice pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Free parking - would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the NE Arts district of Minneapolis.”

”Sheets had hair on them and the sink drain did not work. Check-in was strange with the clerk asking whether I had just made the reservation that day (I had not). Tall folks will need to duck under low-hanging light fixtures in the lobby. Walls are paper thin, you will hear your neighbors speaking in a normal conversational voice. Refrigerator door would not close and freezer badly needed to be defrosted. Breakfast ended early. Would not stay here again despite the convenient location.”

”Friendly staff. Suspicious charges to my credit card. Pool water slide caused injuries to my two sons, kids pool wasn’t open, jacuzzi temperature was lukewarm.”

”The room was spacious and parking was convenient👍. The TV in our room did not have a remote👎.”

”The property and room were very well-maintained and clean. The building was quiet all night. Staff were friendly and helpful providing us with extra towels quickly when we asked. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing grand or showy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi staying up way too late for our own good! My partner and I highly recommend and know we'll return for our next overnight escape from the chaos at home.”

”I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!”

”Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view).”
