”The hotel was nice, centrally located. The staff accommodated our room preference, which was appreciated. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn fare, which was fine. We would stay there again if in Providence.”

”Friendly staff. The downside is there is no lobby area restroom. My sister and her husband needed to use the restroom when we came back from a tour but their room was in the middle of being cleaned. While they were able to use the one in our room, anyone without traveling with others would have to wait.”

”We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again!”

I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). In addition, in our bathroom I found the shower fixture loose on the wall and an incorrectly installed electric outlet (a large gap between the wall and the fixture). The establishment was...

”The office smelled horrible as did the person checking me in. Upon entering the room it smelled bad also. The floor was deteriorated laminate and was extremely sticky. I wouldn’t walk on it without my shoes on. The toilet seat was falling off and there was no toilet paper(or even a dispenser) anywhere in the room.
