”Friendly staff. The downside is there is no lobby area restroom. My sister and her husband needed to use the restroom when we came back from a tour but their room was in the middle of being cleaned. While they were able to use the one in our room, anyone without traveling with others would have to wait.”

”I hate to give bad reviews, but there are time when it becomes necessary. I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). In addition, in our bathroom I found the shower fixture loose on the wall and an incorrectly installed electric outlet (a large gap between the wall and the fixture).
