”Friendly staff. The downside is there is no lobby area restroom. My sister and her husband needed to use the restroom when we came back from a tour but their room was in the middle of being cleaned. I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs).
