”We had a lovely one night stay here. The facility is very clean and the staff are helpful. The rooms are updated and well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of buffet items and were constantly refilled. The location is within walking distance of many places in downtown Providence. We will definitely stay here again.”

”Horrible stay, room smelled like smoke, had empty bottles of booze in it. The smoke detector was removed from the wall and they tell me after I don't get the security deposit back for these reasons. For the amount I paid I should have just got a hotel Also, so much noise outside until well past midnight”

”It’s a great bargain to stay here. It’s like a big house—it was a firehouse! Big kitchen, two big shared bathrooms (one is toilets/urinals and the other is two sinks and four shower stalls with doors, soap provided). Quiet place but it’s very close to businesses. Quirky history and friendly, helpful staff. After booking, a deposit paid by credit card online and identification card emailed to the host, are both required before check in key code is provided. An app is provided to use your phone...

”Loved this hotel. Especially for a hotel near an airport, this far exceeded my expectations. Super friendly staff, small touches like nice snacks available at the front desk for reasonable prices (even available late night!), a nice workout room and pool, cute breakfast area. really loved this stay. Also Paul was especially wonderful at the front desk!”
