”Great location for the college visit ”

The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

”Absolute worst experience disgustinghair on all sheets stains on floor in cleaned rooms random apple sitting in room. Spaghetti sauce stains on walls. ”

”Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. Our room with the kids happened to be right above th ballroom that had a party booked that night, luckily the music did stop by 10pm. Was hopeful for more from Marriott ”

”1st night was good except no hot water in either room. The 2nd night a big family checked into several rooms our floor. All we heard all night is doors slamming and kids running up and down the halls until about 3 in the morning and then it started again around 8 in the morning. Told front desk several times. It didn't seem to matter”

”Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

”The hotel is located near by shops and restaurants. It looks like they did some updates in rooms and hallways. The staff staff were very friendly and helpful. The one downside was that the bed was too soft.I felt like I was sinking so it was very difficult to get comfortable. On top of that our nextdoor neighbors were very loud until 2AM. So no sleep:(”

”1. Phone in room didn't work. 2. The heat setting wasn't explained to us at check-in and by the time we realized there was an issue the office was closed (10pm). (And see #1) 3. Door key didn't work and had to change rooms. 4. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be an unripe (green) banana, an apple, and an orange. 5. The lady at the counter offered a refund but the main manager stepped in and blocked it. ”
