For your vacation in the beautiful city of Como LIANORA APARTMENT is the ideal place to stay a stone's throw from the historic center!

This comfortable, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment consists of a living room with a modern kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home, a dining table for 4 persons, a Smart TV and a sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) which also make the apartment perfect for families or groups of friends.

The bedroom is a double bedroom, with a closet for storing your wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the apartment.

Set in a newly renovated building on Viale Innocenzo XI, LIANORA APARTMENT enjoys both its proximity to the ring road, with parking always available and easy access to the main routes to and from the city, and its proximity to the walled city, which can be reached in just 3 walking minutes.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has no parking available. Guests can easily reach the apartment by using the city's public transportation, or by parking in the free white, blue paid parking lots on Viale Innocenzo XI (also served by 2 parking garages), Via Borsieri, and Viale Varese.

What's nearby: 

From LIANORA APARTMENT you can walk to Como's historic center in just 5 minutes and stroll through its cobblestone streets, stores, bars and restaurants, churches, and pretty squares. In 10 minutes you can reach: Porta Torre, one of the historic entrances to the walled city; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque-style basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, among the most renowned streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner al fresco dining all year round; and the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvelous cathedral and its Broletto, both worth visiting.

It is also a 10-minute walk to Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which it is possible to take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat and reach the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).

Also on foot, or by renting city bikes, you can reach Villa Olmo and its park by taking the picturesque walk from the Hangar, and Villa Geno by riding along the lakefront Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch at one of the many restaurants, or continue with a scenic trek to the Lario mountains, with a break at one of the mountain lodges you'll encounter along the way.

Next to the apartment building are two pizzerias (Il Sombrero and Pizzium) and a LIDL supermarket; within a 1-minute walk are bars, Italian restaurants, sushi restaurants, and car and motorcycle rental services.



How to arrive: 

By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Nord exit and set your GPS: in 5/10 minutes you'll reach the apartment.

By train, get off at Como S. Giovanni station and in just 6 minutes walk you will reach the apartment. From Como Lago station it takes 15 minutes on foot, or take one of the many buses that leave from the Sant'Agostino bus station and stop at intersections with Viale Innocenzo XI.
