Welcome to our cosy PASSERI Como City flat, just a few minutes from the historic centre!

Located on the ground floor, this three-room apartment offers everything you need for your stay, as well as some extra comforts: a plus is the well-equipped fitness area with a treadmill and exercise bike, perfect for keeping in shape even while on holiday. Before you get to the kitchen, you will find a comfortable separate living room, furnished with a double sofa bed. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa), ideal for extra guests.

Continuing, in the modern kitchen you will find a spacious dining area with a table seating up to 8 people, ideal for dinners with friends, a practical hob and all the necessary appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine). Large windows make the room bright and cosy, and one of them leads directly to the balcony, perfect for relaxing in the open air.

The flat has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a small desk with mirror, perfect as a make-up corner. The second bedroom offers a single bed with another single pull-out bed, as well as a spacious wardrobe.

There are two bathrooms in the flat. The first is complete with a toilet, bidet and shower, while the second, which is more spacious, is equipped with a toilet, bidet and bathtub, allowing you time for a relaxing bath. A small closet serves as a practical storage room, providing additional space.

The flat is equipped with a washing machine and air conditioning in the living room to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Outside, a small area shared with the apartment building is furnished with sofas and armchairs, ideal for enjoying the fine weather.

Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.

The flat does not have a private parking space but you can find some free public parking spaces (on blue lines) in the surroundings.

Staying at PASSERI Como City puts you in a strategic position, as it is only a 7-minute walk from Como San Giovanni train station. The flat is just a few minutes from the historic centre of Como and a stone's throw from Villa Olmo and its picturesque promenade leading to the Hangar (hydrofoil departure point). In the city centre you can stroll through the cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants, churches and pretty squares: the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvellous cathedral and its Broletto, both worth visiting; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most famous streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks all year round; Porta Torre, one of the historical entrances to the walled city; Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which it is possible to take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat and reach the most famous resorts on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).

On foot, or by renting city bikes, you can also reach Viale Geno, following it as far as Villa Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno there is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch in one of the many restaurants, or continue with a panoramic trek towards the Lario mountains, with a break in one of the mountain huts you will encounter along the way.



How to get there:

By Car: By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Lago exit and drive along the SS340 until you reach ‘Via per Cernobbio’. Drive along it in the direction of Como, pass Villa Olmo and continue along ‘Via Borgovico’. Here take ‘Via Nino Bixio’ which after a few metres becomes ‘Viale Fratelli Rosselli’ and turn right into ‘Via Andrea Passeri’.

By train: When you arrive at Como San Giovanni Station proceed along Viale Tokamachi, turn left onto Via Borgo Vico and then right onto Via Francesco Raschi, finally turn right onto Via Andrea Passeri until you reach the flat.
