BORGOVICO 163 is a spacious, newly renovated apartment where style and functionality meet in bright, meticulously designed spaces. The ideal choice for those who want to experience Como in an exclusive and welcoming atmosphere, just a short walk from the historic center and the city’s main attractions.

The open space welcomes guests into a modern and refined environment, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen coexist in perfect harmony. The living room features an elegant leather corner sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day by the lake or exploring the city, while the fully equipped open kitchen provides everything needed to cook as at home. White walls and light gray stone-effect flooring create a neutral and bright backdrop, highlighted by original and colorful art pieces such as contemporary paintings, mirrors, and sculptures. A convenient hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with TVs and wardrobes or dressers to organize your clothes. Completing the apartment are two large bathrooms with walk-in showers, both finished with high-quality porcelain stoneware: one with an elegant marble effect, the other with a warm wood effect, striking the perfect balance between design and comfort.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have private parking, but there are numerous free and paid public parking spaces nearby.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

From BORGOVICO 163, the historic center of Como can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, strolling along charming cobbled streets, shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as historic churches and pretty squares. In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach some of the city’s most iconic spots: Porta Torre, one of the historic entrances to the walled city; Piazza San Fedele, with the eponymous Romanesque basilica; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main shopping streets; Piazza Volta, a lively meeting point for aperitifs and outdoor gatherings all year round; and the famous Piazza Duomo, home to the magnificent Como Cathedral and the historic Broletto. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can also reach Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, from where the Lake Como navigation boats depart, ideal for visiting some of the most renowned towns on the lake, including Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna. By foot or using city bikes, you can also reach Villa Olmo and its park along the picturesque promenade starting from the Hangar, or Villa Geno, following the scenic Viale Geno lakeside path. At the beginning of Viale Geno is the Funicular station, which takes you up to Brunate and its panoramic lighthouse, a perfect destination for lunch in one of the many restaurants or to continue with a scenic trekking route in the Lario mountains, with a stop at one of the charming mountain huts along the way.

How to get there:

By car, take the A9 motorway, exit at Como Centro, and continue along Via Napoleona and Viale Innocenzo XI. Using GPS, the apartment can be reached in about 10 minutes.

By train, from Como S. Giovanni station, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the property. Alternatively, take the C110 bus towards “Como Santa Teresa” and get off at “Como - Borgovico” (2 stops, about 5 minutes); from here, the apartment is about 100 meters away.
