”Nice, newer hotel a short walk to C Street. The restaurant looked nice but was closed as they are looking for a new cook. We will be back. ”

”The room was not made up and we had to go back to the desk to be assigned a different room. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower head did not work well. ”

”Originally arrived and checked in. The room I was given was a dirty room. I had to walk all the way way with all my things with all three my kids. Then when I get to the second room my kids turn on the tv and it has no signal. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was pubic hair and pee on the floor near the sink. I did call the front about the tv. The lady said that she had no clue how to fix it and that if I wanted to move rooms again. ”

”There were ants and roaches, room smell so bad, furnitures are old and ragged, no hot water”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”Breakfast is good and clean Clean room Rude front desk They said allowed to check in early but when we came there we wait for 3hours and I have my baby with me.”

”It was difficult to find the building. Parking was packed by th time we came back from dinner. We were lucky to find one of the last few spots far from the entrance. The room served our purposes.”

”All good, except breakfast, while it looks extensive and nice, is mid/low quality food. ”

”Room was clean, nice size, bed was comfortable and kitchen had basics you need. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but doable. Hotel gym had enough for few days workout. Breakfast was ok, toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, steaks and pancakes. After reading previous reviews, I was positively surprised with this hotel.”

”Nothing worked in the room and it was like an oven. We demand a refund. ”

”They stated a "Grab and go" breakfast, but they only had granala bars and a couple of muffins. They did have coffee and it was good. I wish they offered half & half as well as the French Vanilla creamer.”
