”Very nice stay at the motel. The room was small but super nice, quality towels and a good shower. Plenty of pillows. And we had a ghost visiting our room 👻 ”

”Loved the room and the layout was perfect. Problem took one day to fix the TV not working The shades did not block out the light at night--tried different ways to keep them fully closed. The breakfast was alright nothing special for two day the eggs the same and sausage patties; bananas very green. Nice plates and sliverware and tables. I guess you have to always ask for more coffee etc. each day. Lots of parking. Loved the shower head with the wonderful changes of spray.”

”During my two-night stay, the towels were never changed, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and the trash accumulated because housekeeping never came.”

”Hardman House has both a parking lot and underground parking and we never had trouble finding a spot even though they were quite busy. The ice machine on first floor right near the elevator was very handy. Breakfast was just so-so but the wine bar in the late afternoon as nice! Otherwise, I felt they were very over priced for what we received compared to other places we have stayed in Carson City.”

”The room was nice, but there was something sticky on the carpet (eww). Upon arrival the hotel's booking system was down and we couldn't check in for over an hour. It was 109 degrees outside and so we sat in the breakfast area and waited. We did get one night compted but we had to ask for it, nothing offered without asking. The staff didn't seem to be trained in how to appropriately handle the down system situation, and in talking to another guest (with a disabled spouse) they had asked...

”Room was clean, nice size, bed was comfortable and kitchen had basics you need. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but doable. Hotel gym had enough for few days workout. Breakfast was ok, toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, steaks and pancakes. After reading previous reviews, I was positively surprised with this hotel.”
