”Very nice stay at the motel. The room was small but super nice, quality towels and a good shower. Plenty of pillows. And we had a ghost visiting our room 👻 ”

”No refrigerator No ice machine NO coffee pot One hanger Morning coffee $3.25 for a small cup at the bar/restarant Because of that we did not eat at the restaurant! Very clean but no Virginia City ambiance. Checked out & stayed elsewhere for 3 nights. Also they replaced the grass outside with artificial turf! Result-no horses came up for a snack. ”

”Room was clean, large bathroom! Staff was friendly, we loved having the kitchen in our room. The free breakfast was just OK. Yogurt, but only vanilla, waffles, great OJ, they had chocolate, but only a few envelopes a day. As soon as it was gone, no refills. Scrambled eggs everyday and not very good ones. They did have begals with cream cheese! Hot tub was great. ”

”Quite deplorable. The room was filthy. We had cockroaches and ants crawl up on us while sleeping. One of us woke up with two bites on the arm. The bathroom was dirty, the tub was dark with hair and the shower curtain was decaying. The chairs the room provided had brown and white stains on them. The room had a strange urine smell. The water was turned off several times during stay.”

”Nice simple room. Kitchenette area would be convenient for preparing food though I didn’t use it. Loud neighboring room, though not the hotels fault. Would be nice if walls were better insulated.”

”Clean room, new building, breakfast. Close to highway, easy to get anywhere in Reno. I wish bathroom door had no glass. When someone in your party needs to use restroom at night, the light can disturb other persons sleep”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”New build property that is super clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Pool is indoors and gym well appointed with good equipment. Rooms are spacious and amazing amenities. Excellent, excellent place to stay!”

”Room was clean, nice size, bed was comfortable and kitchen had basics you need. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but doable. Hotel gym had enough for few days workout. Breakfast was ok, toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, steaks and pancakes. After reading previous reviews, I was positively surprised with this hotel.”

”The facility primarily catered to families down on their luck who had vouchers of some kind, to get out of the weather a do their laundry. The laundry (only one) was on the ground floor, backed up with waiting mothers and kids the entire time I was there. There was no pool or fitness center. The hallways were filled with screeching kids running up and down.”
