”Bar was never open while we were there. The bistro was only able to try for breakfast and it was great food! The jacuzzi in the room took forever to fill and once we did it was cold. I would just rent a regular room.”

”The accommodation was pretty standard for essentially a remodeled motel. Breakfast was so-so. Didn't find the front desk staff particularly helpful. Security was poor as there was NO key fobs for entering into floors from the elevators. I would not return for that reason!!!”

”We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”Great location, excellent room on the 5th floor! Everything seemed fresh & new after the recent remodel. Fun in the casino downstairs, great drinks. Restaurant was a bit lacking for breakfast, they were “slammed”, probably due to a lack of other options in the area. Food came out cold, a bit slow but friendly service. She was trying! Free, secure parking out front - I wasn’t worried about my bike in the back of the truck. Will definitely return at some point!👍”

Upon arrival, I found hair in multiple areas of the room, including the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not properly cleaned. The fabric on the chairs was heavily stained and soiled, making the room feel unclean from the moment I walked in. The condition of the room caused me to question the cleanliness of the bedding as well. Thankfully, I brought my own...
