”The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”We stayed here for 3 days during a dance competition and chose it for the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The beds were comfortable and our kids really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. However, the hotel feels a bit outdated and could use some updates. There were signs of past water damage in the room and some areas that didn’t look fully cleaned. Breakfast was convenient, but the pancake machine was broken and food wasn’t always restocked quickly. The jacuzzi had a lot of foam from treatment, and...

”I will never use Expedia ever again I purchased the insurance in case something happened and something did happen where I was unable to get there till 3 days later and they still charged me even no they were supposed to charge me when I got there they charged me the day before I was supposed to get there and then they said that they reach down to the hotel which the hotel does not reimburse you they told me that and on the chat they said that they that I have to give them 72 hours to investigate...
