”It was a clean Hotel and close to shops and public transportation”

”Parking is minimal. The lot is strangely shaped and small. Our room had a dip in the floor. The inside of the shower had brown stains in it. The toilet needed more than usual pressure to flush. The sink drained slowly. Carpet was dirty. I've stayed in Best Westerns in a few states and this was not a good one”

”Overall not bad for what I paid for room was not too spacious but wasn’t there too much anyway while I explored the city, unfortunately could hear most of what Was happening in the hallways especially slamming doors. However, alll things considered for the area it is adequately priced.”

”The hotel rents their staple for events and the music was loud till 11pm- to the point that the floors in my room were vibrating (our room was right above the banquet space). The room was not cleaned even once during my 3 night stay. Feels that the quality is deteriorating with each stay.”

”There’s so much potential for this property to be so much better than it was. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency but I was very relieved to not have to stay there any longer than I had originally intended. I didn’t feel safe and there were numerous things in the room I was in that needed to be repaired. I won’t be back but I wish them well.”

”This hotel was a good deal, with great location near the 36 St Subway. New hotel, comfy bed, working wifi, very nice bathroom. Nice surprise that we had breakfast included, although it was very limited. Our only problem during our stay was the towel issue-we were lacking at least one out of two towels every day.”

”Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel.”

”The staff on check-in wasn’t the best, social skills were at an all time low, but the guy at the evening was great, would’ve been good to know that if you’re out the room for longer than 4 hours you’ll need to get your room key replaced as it auto locks I for one didn’t know that, also I use the breakfast”

”New hotels in a run down neighborhood. No free breakfast although it said so in the hotels own website. Between metro stations 36st and 9 ave. Long ride into Manhattan ”
