”Totally recommend this one!”

”I love this property. If they had a min fridge and microwave in the room this would be the best convenient hotel I have ever visited. I still get this a 5 out of 5”

”Overall hotel is OK, just American style sound proofing, there is none. You can hear TVs from other rooms.. And i have visited about 1000 different hotels, and i have never seen breakfast being served on paper plates like in Avid. But overall great hotel.”

”The staff was kind and helpful and the hotel was clean. It was our first time to stay in the area and I did not like the neighborhood. I was not comfortable walking around after dark by myself. I will definitely go back to staying in downtown Brooklyn next time.”

”Parking is an issue”

”The Wi-Fi in the room was spotty, especially near the desk, so I ended up heading down to the lobby to get any work done. The bathroom’s ventilation was so loud it was impossible to ignore, and the heating would kick on with a roar at random times—making both nights practically sleepless. Key positives: tidy accommodation, breakfast on site, and convenient proximity to the subway and bus lines.”

”Everything was great except the restaurant prices: $25 ($30 after tax and tip) for a Woodford on the rocks), and $31 (before tax and tip) for a breakfast cake (essentially a muffin).”

”Hiljainen, siisti paikka. ”

”New hotels in a run down neighborhood. No free breakfast although it said so in the hotels own website. Between metro stations 36st and 9 ave. Long ride into Manhattan ”
