”My worst experience ever in a hotel considering the price. Staff graving for tips everywhere all the time. Unpolite service. Dont come in here. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip in NY and MA and this was the most expensive and worst.”

”The staff and housekeepers were great, but the property was a bit old and had a funny smell. The toilets didn’t always flush. There is not a good restaurant on property. The gym was pretty good.”

”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”

”Room was wonderful, but they could have a sofa in the room or comfortable chair that’s the only thing sit on the bed I enjoy my view The drinks wasn’t too strong. I had a Long Island iced tea.wasn’t strong very expensive. The breakfast is OK I would’ve been a little more healthy little selections. I will come back again.”
