”Room was booked for 3 guests. Only two bath towels in the room, no bath mat, no hand towel or wash clothes. One bed didn't even have a blanket on it - just sheets. One sheet had a cigarette burn hole (non-smoking room). Toilet lid hinge was broken. I wasn't expecting much, and just needed a place to sleep for one night, but basic amenities were lacking.”

”We were very happy with our stay here. The room looked brand new and was probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in that wasn't $300/night. I really appreciated the easy river access and the refrigerator w/ a little freezer. Beds were clean, the room did not ever feel humid and uncomfortable.
The only thing that would have improved our stay would be a grill - there was not a grill available for use.”

”Great choice for business or family. We stayed there and it was in a safe area. Clean hotel. Close to Red Rock, etc.
Free nice breakfast. Fruit, 3 hot items like sausages, eggs and potatoes. cereal, toast, waffles, etc.
Pool and hot tub. Exercise room. Great location. You will feel good about staying here.
Ps met the assistant GM Katie. She is a down to earth person that really genuinely cares about her guests. One of a kind.
If you are considering this hotel, just do it. Book it.”

”The way this was described was a “family cabin”. The pictures were amazing. The cabin is split and made into 2 sleeping rooms with kitchen. We shared a water heater with the other tenants. Not a lot of hot water once they showered. The check in - we DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL as stated with instructions on how we are checking in. Since I never received notification we had to call. If you want as close to primitive as possible - this is your place.”
