”Comgortable bed and staff was helpful. Elevator was out of order, that took out one star”

”Staff very friendly and helpful, and bar and restaurant area pleasant, cozy and welcoming. The rooms are pretty basic and could do with some minor maintenance, but are clean and tidy, and good value for money. A good choice of breakfast items, and we had two evening meals which were great. Our waiter Sam was especially friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking”

”the bathroom smelled like the pipes to the sewer were not right. the smell was there when i checked in and never went away. they don’t clean corners so there nice rooms are going to age quickly.”

”Lovely place and rooms were great. Some of staff didn’t know how to check us in It’s a pub, and luckily we had booked for food… the pub was very food dominated and wouldn’t have felt comfortable just drinking… food was good and place lovely though”

”Very nice apartment, very big with ample facilities. Just a little more cleaning to sofa covers and mattress cover in sofa would have made it better as ours were dirty. Restaurant was amazing and great for gluten free and bar was lovely too. Overall very comfortable stay”

”This was the ideal stopover, we found the reception, public areas and our room clean and well cared for. All the staff we met, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and found the choice, presentation and taste really good.”

”Bathroom smelled really really bad, like there were drainage problems and the fire alarm triggered in my room at 5:40 for no reason waking everyone in the block - pub is fantastic though!”
