”We stayed at this location for 8 days in a superior room and enjoyed almost every single moment of it. We would rate the location 10/10. The view is breathtaking! The room design and layout are very well done although the rooms themselves are tired and some things don’t work anymore i.e the lighting in the pool and over the mirror in the bathroom, the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was dry. ”We were only here one night, so it was sufficient. There was no hot water at all when we showered. There is also no pool here, so not much to do other than walk around. We got there at 11:00 & were told they could check with housekeeping, but it was 50% of the room rate to check in early, so we didn’t! We did get in around 2:00 though! The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly. ”

We arrived in the evening and later then expected due to a flight delay. Even with the delay, they had a shuttle waiting to pick us up. Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos!
