”Easy to book, great pre-arrival helpful communications, easy self-check in, exquisitely gorgeous room, bathroom and amenities, quiet, right in the heart of the historic neighborhood and easy self-check out. Nice little courtyard to drink your coffee or plan your day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Gas Lamp Hotel.”

”I wasn’t sure what to expect since the hotel has such mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, plenty of room, clean, free snacks and breakfast. I really liked the industrial look. Front desk people were very nice. Free shuttle to the casino. ”

”When we received our room there was no hot water. We informed staff and within 30 minutes told them the room was unacceptable. They were unable to correct the issue. We "checked out" and went to another hotel. Renaissance said they would tell Expdia to give us a full refund but refused to give us any written statement of the condition. They have apparently not answered inquiry calls from Expedia. Expedia has not provided our money back. The Renaissance pool has also been permanently closed which...

”The unit was clean, but could use a few more towels and toilet paper. The location is excellent with the exception of parking. There is no on-street parking at all and the nearest reasonably priced surface lot is a 15 minute walk away. However we expected that from previous reviews and luckily secured a spot in advance of arrival. The "damage deposit" was not revealed when I selected this property, and I probably would not have booked had I known about it. ”
