”We have booked super delux room through Agoda with a price tag of Rs 6000 /- approx for 1 day but our stay was a disaster in this property. They don’t have laundry bag , they don’t promptly provide scissor for tag cutting, they don’t have steam iron , they don’t have fan in the room and on demand they provide a damage table fan . Their comode is also dirty and old scratches and flush don’t work. Then after on checkout they asked for someone else food bill to pay and only on confrontation they...

”Room is good. Location is also nice. Problem is the staff is way tooo too slow in everything, like if you order food it will take them 2-3 hours to just prepare a simple dish. Even if you order water, you need to remind them 2-3 times to just get the water bottle. They served the breakfast at 10:30 am in morning. Wifi is terrible there, it did not worked at all. Also, there is lot of noise there. There is a group who keep singing sad song over speaker, it started at late evening and continued...

”Rooms could be better equipped. There is no mobile connectivity in rooms/cottages, could be good or bad depends . Food is good , better for local Indian food. 40 mins drive from Taj hotel area. Also do visit Mustache Cafe near Taj. The place is also dog friendly. ”

”Excellent property, everything was great service, location ,food, proximity to nature like river, waterfall. They organize nature walks for adults and lots of activities for kids and family members to keep them engaged. Rooms are spacious and have that rustic vibe to it. Staff is super courteous and food is amazing. Highly recommended specially for families.”

”The room was large but musty and could do with a deep clean. Staff were very helpful, food was very good. The location is near to the entrance gate for Jim Corbett and has some good food places in nearby dhukuli. Everything was fine but thr room let the venue down.”

”We booked 2 rooms. One room had too much dust and bedsheet was dirty so the staff had to be called to get that cleaned. Other room has toooooo much rose freshner on the bed. It took hours to get that smell out by opening the window. Hotel should have given some discount for the time wasted due to this. We asked, but they did not. Food and service at the cafetaria was excellent. ”

”This property is outstanding ! From rooms , restaurants , food , ambience , garden , staff . All are great . Our room had issue that water flow from shower head , hand shower etc all were very slow and team was not able to improve it . This was the only negative . Otherwise , we had all meals included , even high tea was good ! One can walk down to Kosi river , for river side feel ! Would love to come back ”
