Helpful staff and the late check in was ideal as we arrive by cross channel ferry so we knew that we would be late checking in. Its a pity that we didn't have time to use the spa and golf course.”

Nice room, but did have to ask for a change of sheets after 6 days. Would also have liked a grab bar in the shower. My wife and I are seniors and were nervous about slipping. However, have to say the shower was the easiest to use of any hotel we have stayed in.
