”Room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the beachfront access was very dirty. I wish they would keep it clean and maintained. We had to walk far from the hotel to have beech access.”

”The staff were friendly and really nice however the property itself was not the best. The room was muggy and everything inside just felt damp the entire time. We felt really uncomfortable and overall it just wasn’t the best experience.”

”For the price of the room, it should've been better maintained. The repairs on the room were sloppy, balcony door was hard to open and shut. Hallway carpet was dirty and stained. Very unpleasant looking. The AC in the room did not cool, sent us broken unusable fan as the "fix" for the ac not cooling. Requested another room and staff never called back to resolve the issue. The pool is nice but dirty. Algae growing on the edges..no water for the coffee maker. The view is about the only thing...

”I arrived very late, check in was good especially when walking in to my studio, I was welcomed on TV screen with my name 😀 I have never been greeted as such 👀
The room was very clean and comfy, Thank you Jerry 👍
The showers had their own shampoo/conditioners and body wash installed on shower 🚿
The sink area had lotion available 👀
The breakfast area was very nice with a huge dining area with a good selection of breakfast eats 😋
