”It is actually difficult to pick what’s best about this place, is it that you are less than a minute walk from the beach, or that it feels incredibly spacious yet warm and cozy inside, or the above-and-beyond amenities that Pete and Cathy have included? The only thing that would’ve made this place literal perfection was a view, but you can even have one if you are able to book their top floor.Please, if you stay here, take full advantage of those amenities, they have bikes, wetsuits, outdoor...

”This place is fantastic: clean functional and cosy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the little kitchen has everything you can possibly need and the shower jet is powerful. Lastly the location is premium - We would love to come back someday ! Thank you Colleen.”

”I absolutely loved my stay here. I really needed a few days to get away, rest and unwind, and this ended up being exactly what I needed.The cottage was spotless, comfortable and so pretty. It has a beachy feel, but in a sophisticated, understated way. Nothing overdone or overly themed. It just feels light, relaxing and inviting.It’s part of a triplex, but I never heard my neighbors and it was incredibly peaceful. The beach is literally a block away, and you can see the ocean from the living room...

”Good parking. OK location. Easy access to the freeway. The gym was definitely a plus. The individual AC in each room was great! The only bad thing was that the floors in the entire unit were very dirty. ”

”This is a unique property. It’s definitely meant for a younger person as you have to climb a straight ladder about 10 feet up for the loft bedroom. There aren’t any walls around the loft bedroom so no privacy. Very clean and although the code didn’t work one time from the garage but the host got me a working code.”

”Very accurate listing description. Clean apartment & excellent communication from host. Parking lot is tight for larger vehicles but still manageable. Location is a great jumping off point for a lot of different places in the area. Loved walking the area and finding different places to eat all the amazing food. Neighbors were super quiet. Only con I can think of is that it's on a main road so you hear cars driving bye all day and night, but if you're from NYC like us, it was hardly noticeable.”

”The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. ”
