”This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it.”

”Lovely room, warm & cosy. Our room was above the reception/foyer area and was a bit noisy in the morning hours with staff/people talking. Lovely bar area with huge open fire and sodas. Breakfast was lovely too. Thanks”

”Great stay just after Christmas. Check-in times are limited, but it was very easy to get in following the instructions. Room and the whole hotel was really nicely furnished and decorated with good taste. Everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good with different varieties to order. Peaceful location with about 10 min walk to the city center. Can highly recommend this hotel.”
