”Hotel was nice, clean rooms. Tried to use spa facilities but were not able due to swimming lessons which we did not know were happening and did not expect from a hotel. The reception doors are locked after 11pm and we had to phone security to be let in. ”

”The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi. The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit. We will definitely be back again soon!! ”

”Stayed for one night as was attending a meeting with a late finish. Check-in was simple and professional. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with lovely toiletries supplied. More than enough coat hangers and wardrobe space for my needs. But it’s the staff that I really wanted to talk about…. As I said, I was attending a meeting at the hotel which didn’t finish until well after 9pm. I hadn’t been able to have anything to eat for prior to the meeting, so...

”We stayed 1 night and did not use any of the facilities or eat there. The room we stayed in was great. A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again. ”

”Basic normal rooms. Room service was disaster. Recommend to avoid it. Took time and you can get better prepared food everywhere. Location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Nice walks around the hotel area.”

”The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat wasn't on straight. Blood on the bed sheet. Staff were not interested and unhelpful. We had to pay to park at the hotel when we arrived. We thought we would try to spa and we also had to pay for that. We asked for towels in the spa and the staff just shrugged and said there wasn't any. The changing rooms were dirty and no lockers to put valuables. The steam room was set at the temperature of the sun and the sauna wasn't on ”
