”Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast had a good variety and was good. The room was bigger than expected and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was really, really good. Area was safe and like the walk ability to restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the indoor pool, but would have like a hot tub as well.”

”Note when booking kids under 18 are not allowed in the hot tub. You must be 18 to walk without an adult in the hotel. Remember breakfast is at Dennys and sometimes they are friendly there and sometimes not at all. Some families in our group had to sign waivers because they had a sports player but other guests do not. ”I had a time staying there. They were really friendly customer service. The room was perfect asking for towels and stuff that I needed for my room. Everything the bathroom the place was amazing. It was quiet and it’s really nice place to stay if you guys going for work for vacation it has a nice place to stay with.”

”This hotel is old and requires many repairs. When we checked in, the elevator was broken. People had to carry their heavy luggage to upper floor. There were numerous places needing repairs or renovations. More importantly, the staff did not respect guests booked through the 3rd party sites. When I checked in, the front desk staff named "Hope" gave me a room closest to the public restroom at the 1st floor. I did not complain. But the room had a broken curtain and the toilet failed to flash. I...

”Cleanish room, nice staff but on the first day we asked for extra bedding a a roll out bed but they said they didn’t have any but the second night it was provided. Besides that I’m having a hard time getting the rest of my deposit back from them besides that it was nice. Oh and the parking sucked and was so full all the time ”

”Nice suburban location. Breakfast area gets crowded but uses non-disposal utensils and plates which is very distinctive feature.”

”Pros: cheap, clean. Staff was nice. Cons: sketchy area, feels like 1970s in rooms and exterior. Bed was awful, tiny pillows either concrete hard or super soft with no support. Entrance feels bare, smelled like garlic all on the 3rd floor. TV had mostly purple picture. The only saving grace .. we only had to deal with it for 1 night.”

”To start with it took them three different times to try to find a room for me and my family two rooms were still under being renovated but they tried to put us in. And then the facilities like the jacuzzi was broken eyes were broken. The bed is very extremely uncomfortable and had a very hard little pillows that reminded you of couch throw clothes. ”

”The photos on the site made it seem that the rooms and the property is very clean, it was not. The room had a very weird odor, the curtains had burn holes on them, the bathroom had hair everywhere, they did not have a heater in the room only an AC vent, the staff was pretty nice and friendly. There was a lot of homeless people hanging around outside in the halls, it made it very uncomfortable for us to stay there. NEVER AGAIN. ”
