”Service level doesn’t meet the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Young personnel who doesn’t have proper management and therefore many things go wrong. A decent 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5 star experience. ”

”Location is fantastic, less than 50m to metro. If you like to walk Louvre 2,5km straight road. There are also nice restaurants around the hotel.The room was small, but working really well. The air conditioning was effective for both heating and cooling. The breakfast is good and worth of money, 14eur only. If you expect hot meals for breakfast, then it's not for you. The staff of the hotel is superb, friendly, helpful and very kind. If you are looking for charming small hotel with great location...

”We enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent and every place seemed kept up very well. The spa was very nice and we wonder why we never saw hardly anyone there. Our room wasn't very large, there were other bigger ones in the same category. However, I don't think I've ever been in such a quiet room in the middle of a city. We couldn't hear any sounds from the outside nor other rooms. Location is good depending on your needs. There are many excellent restaurants around and many places too to have...

”Good location. Spent 2 nights here. Didn't have breakfast here so can say anything about that. Everything else was really good. The room was a bit stuffy and smelled strongly of vinegar when we arrived. We had a corner room, so it was easily ventilated. The room had a spring mattress, so not the best support. Also it's very bouncy if you are sleeping with someone who moves a lot. ”
