âThe staff were very helpful. Our last gage was stored as we were early. The hotel is walking distance from gare du Lyon so very accessible to any site you want to see in Paris.
The room was very nice, small but nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The bath room shower was great. Lots of hot water.

The amount of space in the suite is beyond compare to anywhere else in Paris for the nightly rate (youâd be paying at least $1k/night for a suite like this). Honestly itâs a steal. The place is immaculate - and I say this as someone who is practically obsessive when it comes to cleaning. The bathroom is enormous with a luxurious giant rain shower head (think 12â pizza size) and huge soaking tub. The robes and slippers were such a lovely...

The location was a huge plus for us;
it's in a very safe area and so convenient for getting around, with Gare de Lyon just a short walk away.
We also loved that there were so many restaurants nearby to choose from.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable.
A nice bonus was the smart TV, which allowed us to easily cast videos from our phones.
We'd definitely stay here again.â

âGood location. Spent 2 nights here. Didn't have breakfast here so can say anything about that. Everything else was really good. The room was a bit stuffy and smelled strongly of vinegar when we arrived. We had a corner room, so it was easily ventilated. The room had a spring mattress, so not the best support. Also it's very bouncy if you are sleeping with someone who moves a lot. â
âService level doesnât meet the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Young personnel who doesnât have proper management and therefore many things go wrong. A decent 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5 star experience. â
â10/10. The staff at the front are SO friendly, especially the lady at the front who checked me in. The hotel is phenomenal. Great amenities. If you have a water bottle, you can re-fill it. They also have complimentary flavoured water at the front & provided a bottle of water in the room too. â

âLocation is fantastic, less than 50m to metro. If you like to walk Louvre 2,5km straight road. There are also nice restaurants around the hotel.The room was small, but working really well. The air conditioning was effective for both heating and cooling. The breakfast is good and worth of money, 14eur only. If you expect hot meals for breakfast, then it's not for you.
