”Goralska is our home away from home in Paris. We have stayed there for years and enjoyed it very much. The room is spacious and tastefully done, the staff is helpful, and the location is convenient. However we did notice that a few functions of the room control panel, e.g., the skylight and window treatment, have either been disabled or are not working as they used to, and we no longer get room upgrades despite the Expedia status or being loyal to the property. With that said, it is still our...

”The hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and well kept (especially when compared to French hotels in general). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The street is calm but you are still very close to attractions, restaurants and metro.
My only complain would be the bed which was very squeaky and made a terrible noise when turning. This could be just our room though and we weren’t that bothered that we would ask for another room but for someone that isn’t a heavy...

”Service level doesn’t meet the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Young personnel who doesn’t have proper management and therefore many things go wrong. A decent 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5 star experience. ”

”We enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent and every place seemed kept up very well. The spa was very nice and we wonder why we never saw hardly anyone there. Our room wasn't very large, there were other bigger ones in the same category. However, I don't think I've ever been in such a quiet room in the middle of a city. We couldn't hear any sounds from the outside nor other rooms. Location is good depending on your needs. There are many excellent restaurants around and many places too to have...

”Good location. Spent 2 nights here. Didn't have breakfast here so can say anything about that. Everything else was really good. The room was a bit stuffy and smelled strongly of vinegar when we arrived. We had a corner room, so it was easily ventilated. The room had a spring mattress, so not the best support. Also it's very bouncy if you are sleeping with someone who moves a lot. ”
