”The rooms were clean, but spartan. No microwave. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We mentioned we were hungry when we arrived and the check-in person immediately offered us granola bars. No coffee in the mornings, but there are a few coffee shops nearby. The front desk was able to give us recommendations for nearby snacks and pizza. Overall a pleasant stay. ”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”Loistava sijainti, jos haluaa pois midtownin hulinasta. Metrolinjat lähellä. Myös kävellen pääsee monelle nähtävyydelle. Huone jo vähän kulunut, mutta hienot näkymät 9/11 Memorialiin (superior-huone). Superior- huoneessa lisävuodesohva ei mahtunut aukeamaan. Piti siirrellä huonekaluja, jotta sen sai jotenkin auki. Muuten superiorin huoneratkaisu kiva. Ala-aulan kahvi-/teepiste sekä vesipullot oli erinomainen lisä. ”
