”There was hairs in the bed upon check in, and it was very clear the carpet floors were vacuumed. Dropped something under the floor and it rolled slightly under the bed and we were greeted with used condoms and wrappers. Also our upstairs neighbour was running, jumping and bouncing something off the floor so loudly that it was vibrating our bed. We complained and they front desk did nothing about it because it wasn’t 10pm yet. Even though this was far beyond a respectable level of noise. Will...

”The first night when I was trying to check in there was a mishap with Expedia. The girl at the front desk was rude and dismissive. That was on Saturday 6/20 at around 4:00 pm. The next day Melissa helped us at the front desk and she could not have been nicer or more helpful!”

”Helpful staff. Quiet. Maintenance requests went unaddressed for a month. Service occurred usually on 14thday but I ended up buying my own mop and broom and did best I was able even being ill and disabled. Otherwise restful.”

”We had 3 adults so one of us was sleeping on sofa. Sofa was not suitable for good sleep! In other hotels nowadays the sofas are almost as good as beds, but here the wires felt very hard. If we had travelled as couple, the room was good, but the smell ... it was bad. Maybe it was because some pet ? a dog? lucky that I am not allergic ... the breakfast was one apple, one muffin and coffee...and I was happy with that. the price/quality ok”

”The service was terrible at both Fireside and Barking Frog. We had to get our own drinks Sunday evening and breakfast the next day was a ridiculous wait for food. They said they were training. Not an excuse. The tv in room kept pixelating and the tv in the mirror didn’t work. Rooms needed updating. I’ve been a guest a few times and honestly I was embarrassed I picked this placed. Wont be coming back.”

”We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and had breakfast. Food was excellent. Grounds were clean. We felt safe. Would highly recommend. We checked out...

”Clean, quiet and modern hotel with all the basic amenities. Breakfast is very barebones, and all single use utensils in the way it unfortunately usually is in most US hotels. Waffle maker and gym were nice. Also has an indoor pool. Coffee is alright.”
