”Very clean, host has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The view and morning sunrise was beautiful. The fact that it was pet friendly was awesome. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife was so relaxing. Ease of access to Islands and main Thruways was a bonus. I was abit suprised when I pulled in and saw a motel like establishment. The pictures of the boathouse were accurate, not surrounding 4 motel like rooms. ”
