The room had no thermostat but had a stand alone unit and the room was exceptionally cold. Turned that off during our stay and the room was still cold. Not enough parking spaces.”

”Check-in clerk was very good - first words after good evening was “the elevator is not working and gushing with apologies” she was able to find us a first floor room as my wife has major back issues and trouble walking let alone stairs Room was modernized recently and very comfortable. Breakfast was all the normal Hampton food but added chocolate batter to waffle - different Very pleasurable overnight stay but expected to be closer to beach area for the price we paid. ”There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. The manager said the smell was outside but that was absolutely not true and it smelled even worse in the bathroom.
