âHave been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice...

âEach morning (we only stayed two nights), when we woke up, our drink cups sitting next to the bed were covered in ants. When we told the staff the first day, they said they would make a note of it. On the second day, after showing them a picture, the front desk staff said they would report it. The staff seemed dismissive about the fact they were ants in the room.â

Our room had an upstairs sleeping area and the carpeted staircase had visible stuff in the carpet. âThe place was super clean and awesome! Easy to find when driving and parking was easy. The only issue was the toilet flooded at one point, but staff was on it quick and fixed it up while we went out to eat! The room was comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and staff was very friendly! The breakfast was limited, but delicious and they had work out equipment and a POOL there! Didn't expect it, but it was awesome! Beautiful place, definitely would want to stay here again <3â

âThe location can't be beaten. The hotel was easy to find and it took literally 2 minutes from checking out the hotel to reach the American Airlines check in counters. We stayed here for one night between our flights and really enjoyed the clean and big room.â
