There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy

Staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel was clean, tidy and for the most part, well presented. When I searched for a hotel, I applied the filter for free parking.
