”Room was clean but for the almost $400/night it was definitely underwhelming, VERY old and the amenities in the rooms were not worth $400. We arrived to almost deafening music from the lounge/bar, so loud you could barely hear the clerk!!! This continued until late into the evening so be aware if you’re looking for peace and quiet or on a business trip and need to work in the morning. Best and only thing that can be said is the room was clean.”

”Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

”I stayed at Hotel Zed with a friend for a girls trip and it was awesome. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They let us check in early, which was so helpful since we were on an early flight. The ability to text message the lobby was so convenient and they were always super responsive. We were reluctant to stay at a hotel outside of downtown but the location was super easy to navigate to a cool restaurant or the wharf with a quick Uber ride. Thank you Hotel Zed!!!”

Parking was simple, the facilities clean and comfortable, the decor beautiful and our suite was a perfect place to relax after a day of travel and sightseeing. ”room was clean, they didn't leave kerig coffee packs after the 2nd night Elevator down for approx 4 hrs, hotel did send text indicating elevator was down Kids on the weekend, playing lacrosse in the hallways, riding the elevator up and down, and running up and down the halls yelling and screaming, no staff around and parents didn't care”
