”Veryy nice hotel. You check in in the middle of English countryside, and the staff is like in a 5-star hotel in New York or Singapore.
The building is like you can expect in England, a bit worn down, with the stairs making a sound when you’re going up. The you get to the room. Room is a standard, high end / old English hotel room. Then you go to the bathroom. That’s again the 5-star hotel in Singapore!
If you are planning to stay in Southampton, but are willing to go with the 20-30 minute...

”The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

”the room was very comfortable had everything you could ever need. Jan and mark welcomed us into their home for breakfast every day very patient as we were late risers. They went way beyond normal hospitality drove us to the beginning of the water meadow walk in Salisbury and wrote out the. route for a drive through the new forest. We were staying for 5 nights wished it was longer as we were made to feel at home immediately on arrival. If only all holiday owners were like them. There was a bus...

The room was so spacious and perfect for a 2 night stay. Great walks very close and Fordingbridge is lovely for a wander.
The Three Lions pub was so nice, the food was great on both nights, really friendly and polite staff.
We are planning on returning for our anniversary weekend next year.”
