The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Room was clean and the staff were excellent. Some noise from other residents late at night and rooms very warm. Shower could be better.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent value for money. Some people might feel that the rooms are a little basic, and the room I had didnât have air-conditioning, which may be a problem in the summer, but overall I think this hotel represents excellent value for money
