”Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money.”

”Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,”

”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”

”To be honest, I only needed a bed for the night and didn't see much of the staff, although they were friendly enough! Having read glowing reviews of the accommodation, I was rather disappointed. I'd describe the room I stayed in as pretty basic and I was somewhat taken aback to find that the tea and coffee making facilities were 'limited' - rationed to 1 teabag (plus instant coffee, which I don't drink) per night and, for the first time in all the years that I've stayed in hotels and inns, a...
